Ingredients:
3 large slices Seer Fish
4 tbsp rice flour
4 tsp red chilli powder
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 cup fine rawa
Oil to shallow fry the fish
Method:
Clean the fish and pat it dry.
Mix all the ingredients except Rawa and oil. Make a thick paste adding very little water.
Apply it to every slice of fish.
Carefully coat the fish with rawa and refrigerate for 30 mins.
Heat oil in a non stick tawa and shallow fry it
