Ingredients:
2 cups dosa rice
1 cup toor Dal
4 tbsp grated coconut
3 kashmiri red chillies
2 cups finely chopped taikilo/cassia tora
2 medium onion chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Soak dosa rice and toor dal for half an hour. Coarsely Grind it along with grated coconut and red chillies. Mix the chopped taikilo and onion in the ground masala. Add salt.
Heat a tawa and take 3 tbsp of the batter and genty pat it with your fingers. Alternately you can also do it with the back of a spoon, Pour oil and fry it on both sides till golden brown
