Tingalavre Saung


Ingredients:
1 cup tingalavro
2 chopped onions
1 chopped tomato
3 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp tamarind pulp
Salt
Coriander leaves

Method:
Soak Tingalavro for 4-5 hrs and cook it in a pressure cooker till soft.
Heat oil. Fry  chopped onion till translucent. Add chopped tomato and fry for 5 mins. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder and tamarin pulp. Fry for 2 mins. Add the cooked tingalavro, salt. Garnish with coriander leaves
