Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
8 Tomatoes cut into quarters
2 Carrots Diced
1 medium Onion
6 Garlic cloves
Few Peppercorns
2 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
2 tsp Butter
Bread Croutons for serving
Method :
Pressure cook tomatoes, carrots, onion and garic for 10 mins or 3 whistles. Allow it to cool. Blend it along with the peppercorns .Strain the mixture. Add sugar, salt, butter and let it boil for 5 mins. Serve with bread croutons.
Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
4 slices of white bread
2 tbsp butter at room temperature
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 tsp oregano seasoning
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix butter, salt, garlic and oregano. Apply on one side of bread and fry on a tawa till golden brown
