Ingredients:
2 cups dosa rice
1/2 tsp methi seeds
3/4 cup cooked rice (you can use leftover rice)
Salt
Pinch of baking soda
Methood:
Soak the dosa rice and methi seeds for 5-6 hrs. Grind it along with cooked rice . The batter should not be very thick.
Keep it overnight.
Add salt and a pinch of baking soda in the morning.
Make dosas by frying on one side only
