Chatpata Gobi


Ingredients:
2 cups Cauliflower florets
3 tsp oil
2 onions diced
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup tomato puree
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
3 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt
1/2 tsp sugar
Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add the diced onions and saute till it becomes translucent.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smells goes off. 
  • Put the tomato puree, tomato ketchup, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and chilli powder. Saute till oil leaves the masala. 
  • Add cauliflower florets, water, sugar and salt and cook till cauliflower becomes soft. 
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
