Ingredients:
2.5 measures of Ragi flour
1 measure rice flour
1 measure maida
1 measure fine rawa
3 green chillies chopped
2 onions finely chopped
Salt
2 tsp cumin seeds
Coriander leaves to garnish
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients and add sufficient water to make a runny batter like neer dosa.
- Heat a tawa on medium heat. Pour 2 ladles of batter and swirl the tawa to spread the batter. Pour oil and fry the dosa on both the sides till crisp
