Ingredients:
4 slices of seer fish
1 cup coriander leaves
2 tsp kasoori methi
5 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander seeds
3 cloves of garlic
Half inch ginger
Salt
3 tbsp rice flour
2 sprigs curry leaves
Juice of half lemon
1 tbsp oil
Method:
- Grind bunch coriander leaves, kasuri methi, green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garlic and ginger into a fine paste.
- Add rice flour, lemon juice and salt to the ground paste. Mix well.
- Apply the ground paste to the fish and keep it for an hour in the refrigerator.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan. Put the curry leaves and place the marinated fish. Cook on both the sides
