Ingredients:
3/4 cup paneer grated
3 tbsp finely chopped onion
Half tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp oil
Half tsp garam masala powder
Half tsp red chilli powder
Salt
4 slices of bread
Butter to toast the bread
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it sizzle.
- Fry the onions till it changes colour. Add the paneer, garam masala powder, chilli powder and salt. Cook till the paneer is done. Let the mixture cool
- Spread the paneer mixture on two sliced of bread and cover each bread with the other slices
- Apply butter and toast it till it becomes brown. While toasting keep another tawa on the bread to press it so that the stuffing sticks well to the bread slices.
- Serve warm with tomato ketchup
