Achari Paneer Tikka


Ingredients:

15 cubes paneer
1 large onion cubes and layers separated
2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tsp pepper corns
3 kashmiri red chillies
2 tbsp hung curd
Salt to taste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp pickle gravy
Oil to shallow fry

Method:

  • Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, red chillies and pepper corns till you get a good aroma
  • Now make a coarse powder in a blender or in a mortar and pestle
  • Now marinate the paneer and onion with the ground spice powder, hung curd, salt, ginger garlic paste and pickle gravy and keep it for an hour
  • Heat little oil in a pan and fry the paneer till done. You can also grill the paneer in an oven
