Ingredients :
1 packet eggless noodles
2 tsp garlic chopped
2 onions sliced
1/2 cup carrot cut lengthwise
1/2 cup capsicum cut lengthwise
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp chings schezwan chutney
Salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Boil water in a large pot. Add the entire packet of noodles and cook it till it is 90% done. Drain in a colander. Spread it on a plate and let it cool.
- Heat oil in a non stick kadai. Fry garlic till brown. Add onions, salt and saute. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 2 mins. Do not overcook the vegetables.
- Add the schezwan chutney and mix well. Add the noodles and toss it. Finally add soy sauce, vinegar and toss well.
