Pav Bhaji


Ingredients:

Boiled and slightly mashed potato- 3
Boiled green peas- 3/4 cup
Butter- 2 tbsp
Chopped onion- 3
Chopped tomato- 2
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
Chopped capsicum- 1
Pav bhaji Masala- 2 tbsp (I have used Everest Pav Bhaji Masala)
Red chilli pdr- 2 tsp
Turmeric pdr- 1 tsp
Salt
Lime juice- 1 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method :

Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped onions and fry till brown. Add chopped tomatoes. Fry again till oil leaves the sides. Add ginger garlic paste. saute for some time. Add capsicum and fry for 5 mins. Add pav bhaji masala, red chilli pdr,  haldi pdr and fry again. Add the boiled potato and green peas. Mix well. Do not add water. Mash it properly with a masher. Add water, salt and lime juice. You can add more butter at this stage. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roasted pav, onion and lemon wedges
