Ingredients:
3 tbsp Instant coffee pdr
1/4 cup boiling water
1.5 cup maida
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp honey
1.5 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup milk
Method :
Dissolve coffee pdr in boiling water and keep aside. Allow it to cool.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
In a separate vessel mix sugar and oil. Add coffee solution, vanilla essence and honey. Add maida mixture and milk and mix well.
Grease a baking dish with ghee and sprinkle some maida on it. pour the cake mixture.
Bake it in a preheated oven 350F for 40-45 mins or till done
