Jackfruit Seeds Ubbati


Ingredients:

2 cups of dosa rice
15 jackfruit seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric pdr
1.5 cups grated jaggery
3/4 cup grated coconut
Ghee

Method :

Soak rice for an hr. Wash the jackfruit seeds and pressure cook it. Grind the rice along with salt and  turmeric pdr. Batter must be runny. Grind jaggery, jackfruit seeds and grated coconut (Do not add water). Make balls of lemon size and pat it on a wet handkerchief. Spread some rice batter on it and invert it on a tawa. Spread rice batter on the other side too. Fry with ghee till it turns golden brown. This tastes like Kaayi Holige
