Easy Prawn Curry


Ingredients:
Half kg prawns
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tsp red chilli powder
Salt
2 sliced onion
1 sliced capsicum
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp garam masala powder

Method:
Marinate prawns with soya sauce, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt and keep for 2 hrs in the refrigerator. 
Saute sliced onions in a kadai. When they turn golden brown, Add sliced capsicum and fry well. Add tomato sauce, Garam masala powder, prawns and water. Mix well. Cover and cook till done
