Egg Masala


Ingredients:
6 Eggs
2 tsp oil + 3 tsp oil
2 chopped onions
3 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt
1 tomato chopped
Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:
Boil eggs. Put 3-4 cuts on them. Heat oil in a non stick pan till it becomes very hot. Add the eggs and immediately cover the pan and keep tossing it for 2 mins (you can avoid this step.You can add the boiled eggs directly into the masala. Fried eggs give u a different taste)
Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and fry for a while. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till it becomes mushy. Add the eggs. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves
