Green Peas and Mint Pulav


Ingredients:
2 cups Basmati Rice
1 cup Green peas
3/4 cup chopped mint leaves
2 tbsp ghee/oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
3 onions sliced
3 tsp ginger garlic paste
4 green chillies
3 tsp garam masala powder
Salt
4 cups water

Method:
Soak Basmati ric for half an hour.
Heat Ghee/Oil in a pressure cooker. Add the cumin seeds and sliced onions. Fry till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a min. Add green chillies, mint leaves, garam masala powder and green peas. Mix well. Add soaked rice, salt and water. Bring to a boil. Pressure cook for 10 mins/ 2 whistles
