Baked Cauliflower Tater Tots


Ingredients:
1 medium Cauliflower cut into florets
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt
Pepper powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Method:

  • Put the cauliflower florets in boiling water and cook for 5 mins just till it is slightly cooked. Drain it and let it dry completely. Put it in a blender and pulse it till it breaks into small pieces. Do not grind to a paste
  • Remove the cauliflower in a large bowl. Add cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper powdergarlic powder and egg. Mix well
  • Scoop out 1 tbsp of the mixture and shape it into cylinders and pat it slightly.
  • Preheat oven to 300F
  • Arrange the tater tots on a greased baking sheet and bake each side for 15-20 minutes.
