Green Peas Parantha


Ingredients:
2 cups boiled green peas
2 onions finely chopped
Salt
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Half cup chopped coriander leaves
3 cups wheat flour
Water to knead the dough

Method:

  • Knead dough using wheat flour, salt and water.
  • Drain the water completely from the boiled green peas and mash it properly. Add onions, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder and coriander leaves. Mix well and make paranthas using this stuffing
