Banana Pudding


Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas 
2 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup chopped cashew
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder

Method:

  • Cut ripe bananas into small cubes. 
  • Heat ghee in a non stick kadai. Fry chopped cashewnuts till brown. 
  • Add the chopped bananas and fry till they change colour and become brown. 
  • Add sugar at this stag and stir till the sugar melts and the mixture becomes sticky. 
  • Finaly add cardamom powder and serve warm. Tastes very good with vanilla ice cream
