Bread Pakoda


Ingredients:
5 slices of bread (preferably 4-5 days old)
1 cup besan/gram flour
2 tsp corn starch
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt
Oil to deep fry

Method:

  • Cut the edges of the bread and cut into 4 pieces and keep aside
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients except oil. Add water and make a thick batter
  • Heat oil in a pot. Dip the bread in the batter and deep fry till crisp. Serve with ketchup
