Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked rice
2 tsp olive oil
10 garlic finely chopped
Salt
2 spring onions chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
Spring onion green to garnish
Method:
- Heat olive oil in a wok. On a high flame, saute garlic flakes till it turns dark brown.
- Add chopped spring onions and fry for a minut
- Add soy sauce and cooked rice. Toss well. Add salt and spring onion green and toss again.
- This dish goes well with Hunan chicken or Paneer Schezwan
