Ingredients:
1 cup of paneer cubes
3 tsp olive oil
1 large onion diced
1 capsicum diced
2 tbsp Ching's Schezwan chutney
Salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp cornflour
Half cup water
Spring onion green to garnish
Method:
- Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan. Saute the paneer cubes till they turn golden brown
- Heat the remaining oil in the same pan. Fry diced onion till translucent. Add diced capsicum and fry till it becomes soft.
- Add Ching's schezwan chutney and fry well. Now add the cornflour and half cup of water and bring to a boil.
- Add sauteed paneer cubes, salt and sugar. Mix well.
- Garnish with spring onion green
- This dish goes well wih Burnt Garlic Fried Rice
