Pineapple Mango Sasam


Ingredients :

Half pineapple cut into bite sized pieces
2 Mangoes cut into bite sized pieces
1 buunch of black/green grapes (optional)
1 cup grated coconut
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 roasted red chillies
2 tsp mustard seeds

Method :

Boil pineapple with sugar and salt till it becomes soft. Allow it to cool.
Grind coconut with red chillies. Do not make a smooth paste. Add mustard and grind again for 3 seconds. Add this masala to the pineapple. Add mangoes, grapes. Add sugar if required. Serve chilled
