Ingredients:
5 Mangoes (Shakkar Guthli or small variety ones)
Sugar as per taste
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 green chillies crushed
1 sprig curry leaves
Method:
- Remove the skin of the mangoes and extract the pulp.
- Put the pulp and the mango seeds in a vessel. Add little water to get the desired consistency.
- Add sugar, salt and crushed green chillies
- Heat oil in a small kadai. Add the mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add the tempering to the mango Gojju and refrigerate it.
