Cabbage Ambado (without ground masala)


Ingredients:
2 cups finely chopped cabbage
2 cups finely chopped onion
Half cup chopped coriander leaves
Salt
3 tbsp red chilli powder
Half cup Besan / gram flour
Half cup rice flour
Half cup maida
Oil to deep fry

Method:

  • Mix all the above ingredients except oil. Add very little water. Make small balls. Flatten between your palms and deep fry on medium flame till it is brown and crisp
