Burnt garlic Fried Rice


Ingredients:

2 cups of cooked rice
2 tsp olive oil
10 garlic finely chopped
Salt
2 spring onions chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
Spring onion green to garnish

Method:

  • Heat olive oil in a wok. On a high flame, saute garlic flakes till it turns dark brown. 
  • Add chopped spring onions and fry for a minut
  • Add soy sauce and cooked rice. Toss well. Add salt and spring onion green and toss again.
  • This dish goes well with Hunan chicken or  Paneer Schezwan
