Potato Kismuri


Ingredients:

3 Potatoes
Salt

Oil to deep fry or shallow fry
2 chopped onions
2 chopped green chillies
Half cup grated coconut
1 tsp coconut oil

Method:

  • Chop the potatoes into small cubes. Apply salt and keep it for 15 mins. Squeeze water and shallow fry it in oil til it becomes brown and crisp. You may also deep fry it.
  • In a bowl add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, grated coconut, coconut oil and mix well.
  • While serving add the potatoes and add salt if necessary.
